• You must bring your own safety clothing which must be worn on all test rides, leather and/or textile jackets and trousers, approved helmets, boots and gloves. Failure to wear appropriate clothing will result in no test ride. NB – Jeans are unacceptable. Also please note for any track related tests you will be required to wear an approved full leather suit. • All Road Traffic Violations will be the responsibility of the rider. All test rides are recorded so endorsements will be passed onto the relevant rider.

• No inappropriate riding – you will be followed and led by professional riders at all times – no overtaking.

• Each customer is offered a maximum of 3 test rides in total on different models for the duration of an event, should the customer book more than this allocation then all of the customers bookings will be voided. This however is subject to availability and to you complying with these terms and conditions.

• A printed copy of the Booking Confirmation Form and Booking Number must be presented on arrival. This information will be sent via a confirmation email.

• MV Agusta UK reserves the right to cancel your test ride or subsequent test rides at anytime without notice and without liability.

• Riders should not make any deviation from the approved route.

• A £500 excess in respect of any insurance claim we may need to make as a result of your test ride applies to all test rides. By signing the indemnity form you commit to this payment in full. Failure to sign it will result in your test ride being cancelled. On the indemnity form you will be required to provide us with your account details by way of cheque or debit card.

• You must be over 21 years old and hold a current full UK motorcycle licence, which you have held for at least one year to take part in a test ride.

• You must have no more than 6 points on your licence and have not made more than one claim on your own insurance in the past year and/or not have been disqualified from driving (car or motorcycle) in the last three years.

• Riders with any of the following convictions are excluded; AC, BA, CD, DD, DR, UT, TT, XX, SECT 19 or SECT 35.

• You must not have been convicted of any other criminal offence at any time.

• You must present your full driving licence (BOTH paper and photographic card) and one other form of ID, proof of address, passport and credit or debit card to be able to take part. You must have your photo taken for identification purposes.

• Riders engaged in any of the following occupations are not eligible for test rides;
- Entertainment and related industries including fairground employees
- Market traders
- Professional, semi-professional or full time amateur sports persons
- Itinerant workers
- Professional models
- Scrap metal merchants and dealers
- Offshore oil/gas rig workers
- Actors/actresses
- Members of the armed forces other than members of forces of the United Kingdom based inside the United Kingdom
- Reporters/journalists (unless pre-invited by MV Agusta UK and/or MotoGB Ltd)

• You must leave your own bike/car keys and driving license as security during each ride along with a cheque guarantee or debit card.
